Kind Soul Yoga
was designed to offer space for small group classes and/or you may choose to request personalized individual sessions to practice yoga. We offer beginner/intro to yoga, slow flow, vinyasa and restorative classes. Explore our yoga essentials from hand stamped yoga props and mats to butter-soft tanks and cozy pre/post yoga practice gear. We invite you to join us for practice, find a yoga treat for yourself or someone else …..or just stop by and say hello – at the very least you’ll receive a smile!❤
